Meet our producer
Rhonda Eldridge believes that social change can and does happen person by person. She changes the corporate culture by living NVC in her workplace and in her cohousing community. In her world, social change is a pebble dropped in a pond. We can see where we make a change but after a while not where those changes ripple out. Rhonda is a Certified NVC Trainer, providing intros and other day long workshops.
